moose z1100e reporting codes

System sent an unidentified code to the central station. This hapened when a door was opened but the system was not armed. Key pad indicated "low battery or blown fuse". Ran battery test and indication cleared. Can I be sure that the code reported is "low battery or blown fuse" only, so I can send a correction to the central station?

Call and put your account on test.  Unplug the battery.
Wait long enough and call to have them verify that signal and tell them to add it to the list as a system trouble.
