Need a pair of exterior wireless cameras

I am looking for a pair of cameras to view my exterior doors.  I would prefer them to be wireless with nightvision that record movement and also be able to use SMTP to email the video.  Dont really want a DVR.  I am looking for input on good brands of cameras.  I would like something with good resolution and maybe with pan/tilt/zoom but that is not necessary.  Or if the cameras are not wireless something with the ability for POE.

What's your budget?

Most outdoor cameras will support POE...  You won't find a 100% wireless camera because they use so much power they need an electrical connection of some sort.   You can get a WiFi camera for the IP part but you need to either provide a power adapter or a POE injector or the like.

You can get an outdoor Wanscam PTZ for under $100 but they are SD resolution.
