If you disable the Bell Squawk in system parameters I believe this will do what you are looking for.  Here is a snip-it from U/L help file about Bell Squawk.

Bell squawk
If YES: When a keyswitch or a rolling code remote control is used, a brief "chirp" is produced from the system's external sounder(s) (at the conclusion of the Exit Delay period), as follows:

One chirp indicates the system is armed.
Two chirps indicate the system is disarmed.
Four chirps indicate the system is disarmed after an alarm.
If NO: No "chirp" is produced.

The default is YES

If YES: All external sounders pause for 10 seconds after each 30 seconds of operation.

If NO: All external sounders operate without interruption.

The default is unchecked.

Check for bells to operate at a duty cycle of 30/10, and uncheck for bells to operate continuously
