We never use single mode motion detectors unless we're forced to by technology limitations (i.e. we put up a wireless sensor for whatever reason).

Dual Technology PIR/Microwave is simply an order of magnitude more reliable.
Able1 is a twit.  Correction, Twit is too mild a term.
