Recommend a simple hardware system
« on: August 27, 2015, 09:25:25 AM »
Hi guys....

Last time I built my own system it involved wires through the walls.   Im looking for a simple, inexpensive, but not a cheap consumer system that will report a silent breach to an UPLINK ANYNET cellular notification device.  This is a small house, one zone.  Recommendations?

If you're wanting to keep it extremely simple...

Many alarm cellular communicators have onboard inputs and outputs.  This would allow you to wire in 1-4 zones normally with an siren output.  You can wire in a simple keyswitch as well to shunt the zone to "disarm" the zone.

This will allow you to avoid installing a more complicated control panel for just the one zone.
