Perfectly normal. What's the alarm monitoring company have to say about things...?

No, that is not normal.  That equates to well over 100 calls per day, or 5-6 calls per hour.  Are signals coming through and have you verified caller ID or IP address?

no we cannot verify any thing , its just calling the server and nothing from this alarm system showing in the alarm screen?
we don't have any problem with this alarm system before , I went to this residence I checked the alarm system during my stay their it calls three times,
sounds like its calling when you open or close the doors.

I'm not familiar with Caddx panels, but I would check the panel history log if that panel has one.

What is the communication path?  Phone, IP, or GSM?

No indication on the keypad when you were there and it was transmitting?  Very odd.  Check the backup battery condition.  Also check the communicator programming and the account number and reporting format.  If it's phone communications, VoIP?  Call waiting override / pause in phone number?  Many possible reasons.

Have you checked the event log to find out what is causing the dialer to call the central station? I have had no experience with Caddx systems but somebody should be able help you access the event log.

It would help to have additional information here.

Is it making successful transmissions?  Are the calls hitting the receiver and getting a kissoff?  If so, what signals are being reported?  open/close?  troubles?  periodic test?

Are the calls being aborted as it calls into the receiver?  I think the NX boards have an LED that comes on when the dialer is active.  You might be able to use that to troubleshoot.

Have you noticed your phones not working or calls being cut off as the dialer siezes the line?  How do they know it's coming from your system?

MOST systems, if they can't communicate, go into comm failure and stop trying to report, and swinger shutdown kicks in for false alarms.

I've had some DMP systems have "runaway" dialer issues reporting ghost signals after an addressable loop crash.  A power-down and restart always fixed it.

The answer is simple enough; it depends on the environment.

Reports might be generated for all sorts of reasons, it may be due to the reporting method, line quality, a misconfigured zone with a swinging zone or even the general configuration of the system.  There could be a fault with a zone that causes the panel to sent lots of trouble reports from the affected zone - as has been asked;  Start by checking the panel history and ask the station to provide a detailed report on the data they've received.
