Apex 6100 Destiny panel issue

have apex panel with telguard new internet/gsm4 radio using for central monitoring and interactive service.  panel is either arming or disarming itself every day at same time.  If it is armed it turns off, if it is disarmed it turns on.  No text message follows this action.  Can use the Flex app to arm or disarm, and receive correct text showing status.  Alarm events all work properly, all alarm functions work properly in every reqard except for the phantom arming and disarming every day at the same time of 1:36pm.  the panel clock is set properly.  I have 5 customer's with same panel but using different telguard radio types and not troubles.  Have looked through all programming for these panels to compare to my problem child and can not find it.  Pulling my hair out on this, and customer is 60 miles distant so makes it a bigger issue.  Anyone has any ideas Iwould be most thankful for.
