need help in disarming Concord Express 60-806-95R
« on: January 03, 2019, 12:16:30 PM »
I moved into a house that had the ADT concord system  Concord Express 60-806-95R. I was able to get to system programming with the default code of 8+4321 and setup. so I know that code works.

I was testing the system and after I armed the system with my installer code (default 4321), I am not able to disarm it with the same code.  Can you please help in disarming the system.

Any help would be really appreciated. Please let me know if you need more info from my end

Regards

Just wondering if doing a MEM CLR would work ? there are 2 points can be shorted out on the motherboard (small screwdriver) while power up - that will clear the system memory

dont want to mess it up more

Yes, it worked !! my system is now disarmed. I cleared the memory by shorting the 2 terminals that are to the right of MEM CLR on the panel and now my system is back to factory default.

To use it, power the system down, then short the solder points - power the system up with the short in place for 10-20 seconds. Release the short and try 1234 as the Master Code. You may have to try it a couple of times, and you will need a small flathead screwdriver or other flat-tipped tool.
