Vista 10se with wireless 5881
« on: February 04, 2019, 07:21:08 PM »
I wanted to change my code for my security system and I think when I went into programming I may have messed something up. I have a vista 10se with a wireless module. I have wired motions, smoke detector, and doors, and I have a wireless door sensor and wireless smoke detector on my second floor. Now my system is not picking up my wireless accessories at all, and if I program *25 from 0 to 3 then I get "check 09", I cannot get it to connect with my wireless stuff at all. Please help.

what exactly is it doing now?  are you getting "check" conditions on your wireless zones?

what did you do in programming mode?  Unless you don't have the master or installer code, you really shouldn't have to go into programming for user code changes.

Field 25 enables a 4204 relay module.  It's throwing the check 09 because it's looking for a relay module that isn't there.  start with entering #22 and making sure option 2 is set, that enables the 5800 wireless.
