Using Exit Time Restart with TL250/TL300
« on: February 17, 2019, 11:16:28 AM »
I have an 1864 Ver. 4.6 installed and communicate with the CS via a TL260GR, a dual-path communicator. There is a note in the Installation Guide (on the System Times programming worksheet) that says, "Exit Time Restart shall be disabled when the panel is used in combination with T-Link TL250/TL300." I would like to use the Exit Time Restart feature (for when I forget my phone, etc.), but don't understand the purpose of the note.

What is the reason for this note? Does it apply to my setup as well, or is it specific to the TL250/TL300?

Thanks.

I did test the feature, and it seems to work fine. I'll leave it unless someone here can educate me on the downside.

Thanks.
